$1000.00 per unit will be assessed and deposited into the building fund and used to begin the Roofing Project.

HOA Assessments are $600.00 Quarterly. $2400.00 Yearly.

January 1: $600.00- January, February, March

April 1: $600.00- April, May, June

July 1: $600.00- July, Aug, Sep

October 1: $600.00- Oct, Nov, Dec
