The Commons on Lemon is a Community located in Central Tempe Arizona. It is two blocks West of Arizona State University a convenient location for the university and the central in Greater Phoenix Area.
We are a community of 53 privately owned condominiums split between 4 buildings and features a central courtyard with grassy areas, shade structures and a pool.
The Commons is located near the Phoenix Light Rail, offering easy access to Sky Harbor Airport and Downtown Phoenix. The local free shuttle bus, the Orbitz, stops outside and meets with the Rural and University transit center and continues to Mill Avenue with its shopping, dining and entertainment.
The commons is 1.1 Miles from Tempe Market Place. A large outdoor mall featuring one of the newest movie theaters in Arizona, large box retailers and smaller boutique stores.
Scottsdale with its upscale shopping and entertainment is a short journey North over Tempe Town lake on Rural Road.
